Costa Rican journalist Ana Casasola investigates her father's death in a terrorist attack. Following a potential witness, Ana travels to the location near the Nicaraguan border. There, she discovers personal significance in this mysterious man.

Cuando Ana investiga el atentado en el que murió su padre hace cuarenta años, el misterioso reconocimiento de un posible testigo la lleva en un viaje hasta el lugar donde ocurrieron los hechos. En ese lugar fronterizo, Ana reconoce en ese enigmático hombre, algo más que un testigo.
