Carla arrives in the Galapagos with her father, a biologist and expert in tortoise conservation. While he lectures on breeding endangered species, she faces the risks of her own species. Like the iguanas, who mutated into sea creatures to survive, Carla will transform into Isla and learn to cling to the rock, dive and wait.
