Mariana Wainstein, born on April 2nd 1981 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Image and Sound Degree graduated at Buenos Aires University. Currently works as director, script writer and writer. Some of her main works are: Feature films and series: Linda: debut film, directing and script rewriting. Fiction feature film. In post-production, produced by Pampa Films. 2024. The Best Heart Attack of My Life: direction and authorial collaboration. Series of 6 chapters for Starplus platform. Premiere July 2024. Based on the story of the same name by Hernan Casciari. Planners: Head Writer, screenwriter, Dramedy, 9 chapters for Starplus. Premiere 2023. Community Squad: screenwriter and author collaborator. 8-episode series for Netflix. Address Santiago Korovsky. Premiere 2023. Barrabrava: co-writer. Series of 8 chapters for AMAZON. Address Jesús Braceras. Premiere 2023. Shortfilms: Error 404: screenplay and direction. Winner of the Silver Condor 2017, BAFICI 2016, Pantalla Latina 2016, among more than 15 awards. Las Hormigas: winner of Historias Breves 2016 with her short film, which obtained international recognition in a large number of festivals. Pivote: screenplay and direction. Cultural Patronage-winning project, which premiered at BAFICI 2021.

Mariana Wainstein, nació el 2 de abril de1981 en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Es Diseñadora de Imagen y Sonido egresada de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Actualmente se desempeña como directora, guionista y escritora. Estos son sus trabajos principales: Largometrajes y series: Linda: opera prima, dirección y reescritura de guión, largometraje de ficción en postproducción. Producido por Pampa Films, 2024.
